House Church
Worship Anywhere. Grow Everywhere.
The House Church has been established to make Christian worship, prayer, fellowship, and discipleship easily accessible in every part of the world. It provides a place where believers can worship the Lord Jesus Christ in their homes, strengthen their faith, and share the Gospel with family members, neighbours, and friends.
For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.”
Matthew 18:20
Our Vision
The House Church exists to encourage believers to worship God in their homes, grow spiritually, and reach others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. House Churches provide opportunities for prayer, Bible study, fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism in a simple and welcoming environment.
New Believers
Newborn (born-again) believers are encouraged to begin their Christian life by sharing the Gospel with their own families and communities.
House Churches provide opportunities to:
- Help husbands, wives, children, parents, relatives, and friends learn about Jesus Christ.
- Encourage new believers to grow in their faith.
- Reach family members and neighbours who have not yet accepted Christ.
- Build a strong Christian foundation within the home.
Bondages in Culture
Many people live under different forms of cultural bondage, including:
- Caste discrimination
- Racism
- Social separation
- Elderly people who cannot travel
- Employees with demanding work schedules
- Public servants
- Politicians
- Addictions
- Sinful lifestyles
- Family pressures
Some people are unable to participate regularly in church worship because of cultural, social, physical, or personal circumstances.
House Churches provide a place where they can worship, recover spiritually, mature in their faith, and honour God in their daily lives.
Regular worship, prayer meetings, and Bible study throughout the week can strengthen believers in their spiritual growth.
Those who wish to participate in church ordinances such as Holy Communion and Baptism are encouraged to continue in fellowship with their local church while remaining active in their House Church.
Bondages in Society
Many people prefer to worship quietly in their homes while growing in their faith before publicly identifying themselves as Christians.
House Churches encourage believers to:
- Establish a daily prayer life.
- Set aside time for Bible study.
- Worship God together as a family.
- Maintain peaceful relationships with neighbours, relatives, and society.
- Live as faithful witnesses for Jesus Christ without creating unnecessary conflict.
House Churches provide opportunities for believers to worship the Lord in their own homes while growing spiritually in a loving Christian community.
Bondages for Religious Reasons
Some people face religious barriers that prevent them from freely following Jesus Christ.
These barriers may include:
- Religious traditions
- Denominational pressures
- Religious fundamentalism
- Political influence
- Caste systems
- Human traditions
- False teachings
- Family pressure
- Human worship
- Spiritual deception
Others struggle with addictions, immoral lifestyles, occult practices, satanic worship, secret societies, pornography, or other forms of spiritual bondage.
The House Church provides a safe place where people can learn about Jesus Christ, study God’s Word, experience Christian fellowship, and grow in freedom through the truth of the Gospel.
Worship Everywhere
The worship of God is not limited to a building.
Believers can worship the Lord Jesus Christ in their homes, wherever they live, while remaining connected to the Body of Christ.
House Churches help people develop a lifestyle of worship, prayer, discipleship, and evangelism in their everyday lives.
